「Very comfortable Villa with everything you need to be self sufficient. Spacious with a lovely deck looking out to ocean. Ocean breeze or fans to keep you cool. Window screens were great to keep out bugs. Ure was so helpful and when we had a maintenance issue she was on to it straight away. A very generous late check out was also much appreciated. Watched whales go past as we sat on the deck. Highly recommend.」

「Hidden gem - you would never know it was there. Very peaceful and well laid out units. Extremely clean and tidy. Great to arrive and the unit has tea/coffee decent size milk, and enough toilet paper etc to get you goj g for a couple of days (especially when you arrive on a Sunday) 2 minute walk to dairy / vili burger. 」

「A little oasis in lush gardens, a lovely private pool area and all the amenities set up for a perfect laid back island holiday. Neil is a wonderful host and super helpful and friendly. We stayed in the upper level 2 bed apartments which is large, comfortable and perfect to chill on the huge balcony. Just perfect. Rarotonga is a beautiful island with loads of beach bars, restaurants and activities by day. A trip to Aitutaki is a MUST. See you next time Neil! Suze n Tracy」

「Really beautiful gardens, so nice to relax in. Never felt crowded despite being consistently full. Owners very generous and helpful. Let us borrow snorkel gear, bikes, and gave great advice. Free wifi. Well located near a great supermarket, some incredible snorkel locations and some good food options. Not too far from anything e.g. Muri by car. Thanks for a lovely stay! Would definitely return.」

「The hotel’s location is great, with convenient transportation and many good restaurants within walking distance, especially with a night market right next door. However, the hotel’s facilities are quite outdated, and the cleanliness of the rooms is average. There is even a leakage issue with the ceiling. The breakfast options are limited, making the value for money quite average for the price. Not highly recommended.」
