「TV has not worked at each visit. No person on duty could fix. We were charged early check in even though room was already ready for us when we made the request. Early check in charges are traditionally charged when staff schedules have to be altered to accommodate. Safe non operating 」

「Mein Zimmer in der gebuchten Villa war für mich richtig schlimm. Leider hat das meinen Aufenthalt sehr negativ beeinflusst. So schade, ich hatte mich auf die Südsee so richtig gefreut. In der Beschreibung für die Villa sollte klar dargestellt werden dass das 3. Schlafzimmer ein dunkles Zimmer hinten raus mir schlechter Belüftung ist. Ich würde die Villa nicht mehr buchen. 」
