My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. James picked us up from the airport and was incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome right away.
Once we arrived at the hotel, Trevor took excellent care of us and was very helpful in booking our tours. The restaurant staff was also exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
We had a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to returning!
The Pacific resort did not disappoint, it was amazing!
This was a bucket list destination for us, and our experience was incredible, from the location itself, to the room comfort and service, all exceptional!
The staff were so friendly and helpful, they addressed us by our names throughout our trip. Our villa was gorgeous and lovely and clean. Would stay again.
Amazing property - room and view was insane. Beach was beautiful. Only thing that could be improved was the menu - it was ok but not as amazing as everything else.
The location is awesome. You can’t help but relax here. The room is excellent, some of the best I’ve ever had. Well appointed with everything you need, super clean and roomy.
The staff are great, and the food amazing. Highly recommend.
PS a special thank you to James who made our stay just perfect
Stunning resort. Quiet, beautiful views, clean, wonderful staff. Restaurant very accommodating to allergies. Will be back to this slice of paradise again soon.
The see view rooms were really nice as well as the location on the nice beach. Friendly staff and good service.
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere but the food quality not the best.
Pacific Resort was the perfect escape from our busy lives. Spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained gardens and property, we felt at ease from the moment we were greeted at the airport with freshly made floral leis. The food and wine list were well considered and varied, we dined within the resort for 5 nights without feeling the need to go eat elsewhere. It was quiet, tranquil, the pool was immaculate and inviting, and we appreciated the use of snorkels and kayaks for the week. The snorkeling in the lagoon right out from our Bure was a highlight for us. As a parting gift to ourselves for our wedding anniversary was a couples massage on our final morning as we waited for our airport transfer. The Spa ladies did a wonderful job. A special thank you to the restaurant staff who looked after us all week, and for the amazing flowers on our anniversary dinner. We cannot recommend this more highly, if you are looking for utter relaxation in a very unique part of the world.
What a beautiful resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food - delicious. And that view - WOW! The rooms are gorgeous with added extras like private beach access directly from your room, lovely private garden area. The list goes on. Just lovely.
We have traveled all over the world. But I must say, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent. View from our room was a painting.
Overall it worths every penny to stay here. We will be back.
The position is very good. Staff friendly. Bed not enough firm for my preference but everything very clean and well finished. Nespresso machine in the room and bottles of filtered water refill it every day. Beautiful furniture in the room. Perfect garden all around the property. Snorkelling equipment and canoes included amenities. Free WiFi. Restaurant with view over the Reef. Reef area is one of the best of the island.
We stayed at the Pacific resort from 2nd to 5th of October. We were picked up at the airport by James who organised us and all of our bags onto the shuttle bus for the short ride to our accommodation. He was cheerful and very helpful and informative from greeting us at the airport, right up until we were taken to our room. The staff at the resort were all very kind, helpful, patient and friendly. The food was lovely, and we particularly liked the changeable "menu of the day", as it offered different options, especially for those staying a while. Rooms were comfortable, clean and had all the amenities expected of a luxury resort, and was finished in a Polynesian style which was nicely decorated and furnished. The resort is a little pricey, but for a special occasion in paradise is worth saving up for. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay any longer.
