「A lovely, well positioned hotel, with all the old world Southern charm you expect from an old established hotel. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. The spa and restaurant are top notch and the staff very helpful. If you are staying in Charleston this is the place to stay at.」

「The staff was so accommodating. They brought up a box fan and rollaway bed which they set up and fixed for us. Pool area was fun, coffee shop was good. 」

「The overall stay was ok. They has 2 elevators and one of them was not working. The other one kept breaking down. We were on the 8th floor. I think they need to upgrade their elevator system. 」

「The resort was lovely for the most part. The grounds and the common spaces were beautiful and well-kept. They were all peaceful and family-friendly. There are multiple pools (only one is heated) and the beach/ocean is only a short walk away. Our room was nice and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, housekeeping lacked a little to be desired (we watched the same piles of sand and debris on the bathroom floor stay put there our entire stay). One day we even had to call close to 5:00 to see...

「The bathroom tub wasn't the cleanest and the floor showed signs of flooding probably due to shower door not preventing water from leaking and pooling which happened during my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful though. 」
