「The property needs a bit of maintenance, particularly in the pool area. There also seems to be a shortage of staff in key areas like the restaurant. Transperancy of amenities was also an issue. The spa was closed both the labour day Monday and the Tuesday following. During prime revenue season. 「Juliette was communicative about our stay and breakfast details. She was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and happy. The beds and pillows were excellent, as well as the shower. The office desk was perfect for working. Juliette's breakfasts were interesting, diverse and delicious. 「The property is beyond old and salvageable. The windows don’t close, the curtains don’t close . The floor in the bedroom is disgusting. There are light bulbs that don’t work, the plugs in the bathroom don’t work. There are electrical connections on the floor to connect your hairdryer or anything else. No soaps in the bathroom and only two tiny towels if you shower. The bath doesn’t work and there is no heat in the room other than electric fans. The sheets are not ironed, the television doesn’t...

「My cottage was at the far back of the property and hard to find. It was another visitor who directed me and pointed out that the driveway into it was actually off another road rather than through the main entrance to the village. There was never anyone on site in 'the office' although someone did answer when I called the number provided so thst was fine. Other than these very minor inconveniences, it was a lovely, quiet spot and I had everything that I could need. I would stay here again...
