This property has a beautiful waterfront location with a marina view that really sets the tone for a relaxing stay. The patio restaurant is a great spot for lunch or dinner, and there’s a cozy upstairs dining room for breakfast. Rooms in the lodge are on the smaller side, but comfortable and well-maintained, with lovely views.
The main drawbacks were the service and parking. The front desk could have been warmer — a more welcoming first impression would go a long way. Service at the patio restaurant was mixed: our first server felt a bit brusque, but after moving tables for shade, the second staff member was attentive and accommodating.
Parking is a challenge due to the hillside layout. It may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns, as getting to and from the lot requires some effort.
Overall, a charming property in a stunning setting, with just a few areas that could be refined to make the experience even better.
