「The room was clean and beautiful. The staff is AMAZING!!! Vans shuttle you around and they make everything so easy, fun and relaxing! Nelson and Ahmed were two of our favorites who went above and beyond! Our entire experience was top notch at Secrets! Thanks everyone!!!!」

「There is the buffet and snack bar. Snack bar is not open for dinner, its the steak house then. We ate most meals at buffets, and while small, food was not too bad! Snack bar does have made to order burgers! Oriental and italian were great with great atmosphere! You do have to go to the front desk to make reservations. We did premium so did get premium lounge which had better alcohol, and had room service which we did once. Drinks were only okay. We could not find a good margarita all week,...

「The hotel, territory, and the room was simply fantastic. The beach is well kept and amazing. The restaurants on site offered very tasty healthy quality food. Staff was superbly attentive and each time we came to eat remembered our names. Very personal service and complimentary beers in the room every day. Would definetly go again!」
