「You get what you pay for. The price was cheap but the room was still not worth it. Everything was dirty and run down. The refrigerator was not working. We asked to have someone fix it but no one did. Seldom was there anyone at the front desk. We had to check in using a kiosk instead of talking to a real person. If you wanted to buy a snack, you had to scan it yourself and pay with a card all while being videotaped. When we left we dropped our card at the kiosk and no one was at the desk to say...

「Good location, friendly staff. Big mini fridge in the room! I wish the vending machine had bottled water though. Or maybe just keeping a few in the room. The water fountain had a dispenser to fill a bottle but it’s not the same. Overall I’d stay here again. The price is hard to beat!」

「I found the hotel staff very pleasant. The front desk staff was very helpful in explaining how to get to the Mizzou Football game without having to drive and fight traffic. I have stayed at several Drury Inns. Just a simple thing, but the breakfast had scrambled eggs, "Mediterranean," which means spinach, and I think?? dried tomatoes and Fetta cheese. The eggs were a flavorful change from the standard.」
