「I loved how qiute its was. The staff was friendly I really like the bulletin boards by the elevators. Showing you different types of things to do around the area.」

「We requested adjoining room with friends and we were told at check in they would be able to accommodate the request then failed to do so when the other group checked in. The room next to our room was unoccupied and was the same as the friends reservation. This was a small thing to do and the late night check in staff was rude when we explained the accommodation requested and we were told YES to when we checked in a few hours before. Clean rooms, spacious and had comfortable beds.」

「The location was good. The room was fairly quiet (I could hear a lot of walking above me at 2am...). It was clean and the staff was great. The TV wouldn't stay connected. I would watch about 30 seconds of the show and it would cut off...then power back on a few seconds later. I finally just turned it off and put a movie on my tablet. The door security latch was broken...like completely gone. So I wedged a chair under the door for extra piece of mind. There appeared to be a maxi pad paper...

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」

「nice hotel！affordable price ,not far away from the airport or college or downtown. Offered breakfast and they can help you call the cab.the nearest restaurant are five minute walk. Quite enviroment，barely have noise at night or day time. If you want to cook yourself， you can borrow pan and pot from counter. there coffee are really good」

「First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV. I couldn’t use the couch because it sunk down into a V in the middle! Breakfast was not included in...
