「Our stay at Hotel Frederick was really nice. I love the historic building and love all of the antique furniture. My husband actually wished there was an iron so he could iron his pants, but there was not, and no hangers in the armoire. But, those things are trivial. The sheets were super soft. There was even music that weekend in the downstairs bar.」

「The hotel was under staffed rooms were old and creepy TV remote broken lights had no plug on them just bare wires. Swimming pool had maybe a foot of water in it」

「The staff was unwilling to let me cancel my reservation the day of my reservation because I had a funeral come up. I hadn’t checked I yet. They refused to work with me or help even given the circumstances. They charged me for the full 2 nights. They wouldn’t even give me a cancellation fee. I found them rude and uncaring.」

「Trickle shower, No pressure, dirty shower floor, Water ran right out on the bathroom floor because of no lip on the shower. Bed was about 2 foot high. Couldn't hardly crawl out of bed Never go back」

「The property was convenient to get to and the room was nice. I was not thrilled with the pillows which were too soft for my liking. The staff at check-in seemed a little rushed and I had to ask her to repeat herself, but other staff were very friendly and helpful. The one downside for me was the room overlooked the pool and if you wanted a quiet room this is definitely not a good location.」

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」
