Booked this hotel nine months ago. When we arrived on the night of the homecoming game to check in, we were told they had canceled our reservation. I received a confirmation two days ago from them. . We were told sorry but they had no rooms and there was nothing they could do for us.

We stopped to check in early—room wasn’t ready. We said we wouldn’t be back until midnight or 1 am to check in due to our events in town. No problem they said—when we got there at 12:30am—they had canceled our room and nothing was available. We were turned away with no compensation. Or anything. Just—too bad attitude.

This property was so dirty that we didn’t want to use the shower. The property was poorly maintained and the staff was untrained. It took them over 45 minutes to check us in. The problem was between the hotel and Expedia. We will not use this hotel again.
