「The pool was not up and running no water in it. Also the canceled my reservation after I called them and told them what time I would be arriving and they said no problem. Just one of the worst place I ever stayed at」

「The room was super clean and comfortable. Easy on and off Interstate. Accommodating for those traveling with pets. Will definitely stay here again.」

「Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. But the hotel is older and dirty. The carpets need cleaned. The ceiling had cracks and paint was sloppy. I would stay again cause it was cheap but the family says no.」

「looks a bit outdated on the outside but the rooms are so modern on the inside.! the front desk staff is exceptionally nice, the check in was quick, the room was clean, the air conditioning was brand new, tv worked and was able to connect my xbox as well. my kids also enjoyed the stay as well with no complaints.! 10/10 recommend for the fulton, kingdom city, mexico area.!」

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」

「Air was off in the room when I arrived with a heat index of 100+F. It took 2 hours to get the temperature down enough to sleep. The ac unit was loud and very dirty and ran non-stop all night. Very old everything. No elevator. Stairs hadn’t been vacuumed in who knows how long.」
