「Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt angenehm und das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Leider gab es jedoch zwei Punkte, die den Eindruck etwas getrübt haben. Zum einen waren bei unserer Ankunft keine Handtücher auf dem Zimmer. Außerdem hatten wir Frühstück gebucht und dies dem Personal mehrfach in der App gezeigt. Uns wurde jedes Mal gesagt, dass es geklärt werde und sich jemand bei uns melden würde – das ist jedoch nie passiert. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir zunächst problemlos zum Frühstück...

「Everything was great. Only problem was our air conditioning wasn’t working and it was super hot that day and night. Did complain about it, as it was so late when we checked in they couldn’t do anything. Staff were kind and helpful. Would stay here again next time, hopefully the air conditioning will work.」
