「This was a margaritaville property until Dec of 25. The resort was clean the food was decent but the menus could have offered more options or maybe a daily special. For all inclusive the food options were lacking. Our room was great oceanfront suite. The beach was full of sea weed but the hotel had guys out there every day removing it. They just couldn’t beat Mother Nature though. The stall was very accommodating.」

「My friend and I enjoyed our stay at the property. They celebrated my graduation by giving us complimentary wine and a room upgrade with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful with booking our excursion and housekeeping came by everyday to accommodate us. Thanks to Expedia we got free breakfast everyday. The only downside to our stay was that we couldn’t swim in the ocean because of the brown murkiness in the shallow area, most likely from the sargassum. I don’t think...

「Everything was wonderful except the Beach in front of the property... We contacted the resort ahead and asked about the sargassum seaweed condition on the beach and we did not receive an answer.. so we were already expecting there to be some sargassum seaweed... What we weren't expecting is the garbage washed up on the beach with the sargassum... The beach was very tiny and I'm assuming could have been easily cleaned in a few hours.... It wasn't clean when we got there and the same garbage and...

「I absolutely hate that when I arrived after traveling that the water was off 😩 we could not take a shower for hours. Then the water was not hot! They told us they would be there to move our clothes and never showed up when leaving… it was SO much that happened… I think they also charged us for a towel because my WASHABLE dye got on it! I have NEVER heard of anything like that in my life! Like… Hunh?! Overall I will NEVER be back… And I travel to Belize yearly for a missions trip in Belize city....
