「Our group of two couples spent a week in a villa on the beach side of the Umaya Resort and absolutely loved it. The unit was nicely appointed and truthfully feet away from the Caribbean Sea. Anytime we had a concern they were very prompt to respond. They transferred us to and from the Placencia Airport free of charge. While there we ordered dinner through the Fyah Beach Bar, pizza at Don Tonito's and breakfast in their Casa de Maiz restaurant. All were very delicious food. We also booked two...

「All the staff are so kind and willing to go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Our room was made up and restocked daily. The restaurant food was delicious. The golf carts and mountain bikes looked brand new. One of the staff made sure we had enough air in the tires. The beachfront location was perfect! We would highly recommend staying here.」

「Best hotel experience we have ever had. Rooms were clean, decorated nicely, the beach area is very convenient and well kept. Vanessa at the pool bar makes some amazing cocktails. The rooftop restaurant has great views and tasty food. Teresa at the front desk spoiled us by ensuring everything went smoothly, booked restaurant reservations and excursions for us, and was absolutely lovely to chat with. I can’t recommend the Ellysian enough, we would go back in a heart beat. 」

「Fantastic stay! The rooms were beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated and equipped. The property is breathtaking and well kept. We stopped at many hotel resorts on the way, checked them out and none compared to this one. The included breakfast we were able to order of the menu was delicious, the staff extremely helpful and polite. The site offered lunch, and had a great bar.
