「The hotel and property were not as advertised. There is no air conditioning on site in any building used by guests. We were forced to seek other lodgings after a termite swarm invaded both rooms, the pool, dining area and reception. We paid for two rooms for two nights, and yet were given no partial refund despite our being on site for less than two hours. I do not recommend this hotel, ever.」

「This is such a beautiful property that really immerses you in the nature of San Ignacio. Rose cooked fresh breakfast everyday that was absolutely delicious, and her and her husband were super kind. I also rented a car from Rod, who was also super nice, so I had such a smooth experience getting from place to place. There were a ton of ants and gecko’s in our room which is to be expected building anything in a warm climate. The only complaint, which was not the fault of the resort was the power went out and our room became absolutely stifling.
