Put a “reserved” sign on the beach chairs in front of the freestanding villas. People who were not using the resort sat in ours and took our cushions a few times. 「Highly recommend! Hotels closer to the reef might not be as luxurious and comfortable; Hotels more luxurious won't be has as much marine life or as good for snorkel. This is def the best of both. Room as clean and beautiful as the photos show. We saw more varieties of fish snorkeling around the dock than going out for a snorkel tour. The Hol Chan marine reserve had better spot for snorkeling than the one near the island, so you can take tours somewhere else and just enjoy your time around the...
