"This hotel is great for being in Belize City. Clean comfortable rooms, great foodl, good cafe/coffee bar. Belize City is not a place to hang out and enjoy, but the hotel is great for a stop over or need a place to stay for a night or two. Nothing to do in Belize City and very unsafe on the South side of the city where this hotel dropped us off for shopping. "

"We loved that many of the staff members remembered our names. Henry, the awesome pool bartender along with all of the other bar tenders were amazing. Also, Minnie at, The Deck and Caroline, our cabana waitress were amazing. We also loved that the young lady that cleaned our room was so meticulous. We made our bed each morning, but we noticed she came in and remade it the correct way. The concierge team and the gentleman at the front door were all extremely professional. My husband and I agreed that Belize has been one of the BEST vacations we've ever had and it had a lot to do with the employees at Alaia. Thanks again for being so amazing. "
