There were noticeable stains on the walls (fingerprints, black marks, etc, stains on the couch, stains on the refrigerator, and exposed wall plugs. 「As a road warrior over decades, I have seen good and bad, but I have rarely seen the attentiveness of the staff such as here at the Grand Resort. Always pleasant but exceptionally helpful.
