「10/10 experience! Not only was the resort beautiful the staff were attentive and friendly. Any need I had they went above and beyond to fulfill. The resort also was a 8 min drive from downtown San Ignacio which was very convenient. My cousin and I left sad to leave such a paradise. Highly recommend and hope to come back in the future! 」

「Le site est isolé et en pleine nature ce que nous avons adoré. (45 minutes de San Ignacio) Les options de marches en nature sont nombreuses et très bien balisées avec en prime des baignades dans des sites enchanteurs. La nourriture est typique et excellentes. Toutefois, certains prix sont un peu élevés. Le personnel est avenant et attentionné aux moindres détails. Un séjour que nous recommandons à proximités de plusieurs attraits (Caracol et Big Rock Falls notamment). 」

「Rooms were clean, beds a little soft but comfortable . The pool was a wonderful break from midday temperatures (hot)! Butterfly area was a treat. Air con worked well! Staff very friendly and helpful! Shower not so good…very little water pressure.」

「The best start to our vacation! We wanted the jungle vibes and to be surrounded by nature - this place was perfect. The rooms are very comfortable, the property feels like elevated summer camp, and the staff are amazing. It’s about a 10 minute drive to town, but there’s enough to do on property that you don’t even care. It’s a haven after a day of exploring around San Ignacio’s ruins and caves. Book it!」

「Despite the room and the property being amazing I recommend that you never stay here. The hotel is so lovely and in the middle of nowhere, which is great, but, that means you are stuck eating from the hotel restaurant, which is absolutely disgusting and ridiculously priced. The food was served cold and I ended up with food poisoning. My kids and husband tried pancakes for breakfast while I threw up in the room and they were given to them cold even though we requested that they were not made...

「The property is super clean, well maintained and very quiet. We did not hear anyone from our room. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and super polite. It was great sitting at the pool at night and having a night cap with a cigar. The location is also very good, with the town at the bottom of the hill. The stay was far nicer than in San Pedro although it cost less.」

「When I made the reservation I thought we were at the main lodge and not at the camp. Of course the property is beautiful Accommodations were nice beds very comfortable , staff and was great but having to get up to walk to the bathroom was not fun for me so in the future when I book I will be making sure I’m at the main lodge. I think the camp is great for backpackers and those on a budget. 」
