Rooms cooled down nicely, the small pool was a nice way to cool down as well. The staff were super helpful and the location next to tour companies and restaurants etc was perfect for returning after a day out exploring.

The customer service was excellent! They helped us to make some adjustments with our stay beforehand. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and the place was quiet. We slept very well there! The rooftop pool was great fun for our children.

We had a pleasant stay, the staff was very helpful and friendly, room was clean and a good size, bed was comfortable, towels were soft. We appreciated the ability to park our car on site. The room had a mini fridge which was nice, and the air conditioning was great. Easy walk to restaurants. Overall a good stay

It was a very good hotel. The location is excellent. The rooms were very clean. air-conditioning worked very good. No problem parking all the people were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It would be nice if they had a little bar on the roof of the hotel have a cold beer or drink of some kind after you got back from one of your adventures in the city, but there’s lots of places very close to get something to eat or drink

We really enjoyed our stay at Maya Bella. It was simple and super easy to get to all our activities. Good food and drinks near by. Pool was great. Air conditioners worked very well. It was nice being able to refill water bottles with their purified water and always being able to make tea. We recommend!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. It’s an older hotel but that is part of its charm. It’s located near the amazing farmer’s market and great restaurants. They were helpful with transportation as well!

Parking on site was a big plus and location was as central as it gets. The room could have been cleaner and the shower head leaked water spraying the toilet area. The price was affordable for area but a little more attention to details would have a gone a long way.

Great location, walking distance to many places, clean and comfortable! Friendly staff! Super cute lobby and outside of building. Just wish room was a lil more sound proof . But over all very happy with accommodations and stay. Roof top pool was nice and clean also.
