「Monkey Falls was set in a lovely location right in the jungle. It was quiet and relaxing. We were shown around Rod’s farm which was very interesting. The kitchen makes lovely home made food, including breakfast, which we ate every day. Tours can easily be booked from there and they will pick you up. It’s a short taxi ride from town. All in all a nice place to stay if you want to relax and you like jungle and wildlife.」

「This hotel is the most unique and special place I think we’ve ever stayed! The property is absolutely beautiful. The five sisters waterfall on property takes the place of a resort pool and it is the most gorgeous and peaceful place to spend a day. We ended up spending two full days down there since we loved it so much. The rooms are beautiful. My husband was nervous about how hot it might be without AC, but it was not a problem at all. 「I adore Edwin and his family. They took very good care of this solo woman traveler. He feed me very well!! The atmosphere was very authentic to how the locals live in the jungle. It is rustic. Shower did not have hot water.. I did have the room with a.c. Very nice. I will for sure go here again.」
