「We had a quick stay for an early flight the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed and kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us in the morning. I wouldn’t stay at this property again in the future though due to a few uncomforts. Their dogs barked during the night, waking us up. There was a bright light next door that illuminated our room. 「This condo feels like home. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen has the necessities. The condo is gated in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is gorgeous and perfectly maintained. The outdoor deck is set up for dining and sunning with table, bar, and lounge chairs. The mango tree adjacent to the deck area is heavy with fruit, but it is still to early to enjoy. The condo’s host is responsive and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home!」

「As a road warrior over decades, I have seen good and bad, but I have rarely seen the attentiveness of the staff such as here at the Grand Resort. Always pleasant but exceptionally helpful. I had an emergency shoe repair needed for my only dress pair, and it was late on a Sunday when it was identified. 「When I checked in I was given a different room than I booked. The room was nicer than my original room but did not have the kitchenette I was planning on using so that complicated things a bit. Also the rooftop terrace was not in the same condition that was shown online and after around 4pm each day I could not access it as I did not usage a key that would work. The shower and tub also did not have hot water.」
