Airport shuttle was there upon arrival, the driver was courteous and friendly. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Lots of construction going on around the hotel.

The Golden Bay Hotel has a very safe and convenient location near the water-taxi port. Thank you to Orlando for the professional and warm welcome. The rooftop restaurant offers a great view and serves good food. We had a wonderful time.

I was greeted at the airport by Adrian. He was excellent - well dressed, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant personality. On arrival at the hotel I was checked in by Orlando who was just as courteous and pleasant. Overnight Solo Stay

Stayed only for a night, booked the king bed but they only had the two queens available which I wasn’t upset at. Overall solid location and really close to the Belize Water Taxi Terminal. Walking distance to good restaurant options as Belize city isn’t too dense population wise.
