The hotel is in a good location... The only negative which will be a positive is the expansion construction. The restaurant has great patio seating and great service.

Airport shuttle was there upon arrival, the driver was courteous and friendly. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Lots of construction going on around the hotel.

Very organized with a wonderful shuttle driver awaiting us at the airport. They were very accommodating when we asked to change rooms to a sea view. The rooftop restaurant made for a perfect sunset dinner!

I was greeted at the airport by Adrian. He was excellent - well dressed, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant personality. On arrival at the hotel I was checked in by Orlando who was just as courteous and pleasant. Overnight Solo Stay

Stayed only for a night, booked the king bed but they only had the two queens available which I wasn’t upset at. Overall solid location and really close to the Belize Water Taxi Terminal. Walking distance to good restaurant options as Belize city isn’t too dense population wise.
