Everyone was very helpful & attentive. Our dinner & breakfast were tasty & the view was great. Our room view was beautiful. While the pool was closed during our stay, it was rather large & had plenty of lounging space

It was a really nice stay. I think it’s a little out dated but it had everything you needed. The included breakfast was my favorite part. Plus the location was near everything we needed.

The hotel was in the perfect location. It’s a bit out dated and the WiFi was wacky but aside from that it was great. Right on the water and close to restaurants and the water ferry. Hotel is located right on the Carnival route. There is a movie theater for family entertainment, a casino and bar for adult entertainment. Overall, great place to stay

There a nasty smell in the bathroom, the shower was spraying all over the place , had to go all the way to the front desk for an iron. Had to wait for 45 minutes for them to replace the tv, the maintenance guy was very friendly and kind the front desk worker was very kind also, but the need to add more outlet in the room and fixed the shower

The property surpassed our expectation's. We were concerned about cleanliness and comments regarding safety. Our experience was not adversely impacted by either. Also, food was good, breakfast was a buffet with a good variation of options. The taxi service and tour guides were also excellent. I recommend taking a tour with Mike, you can find him outside the main entrance. We would stay here again!
