「We had a wonderful stay and will be back. They were renovating some of the restaurants and the aquatic adventures store. So should be even better on our next trip. Loved the proximity to the beach and the complementary beach chairs and umbrella. Outdoor pool was heated. Also had a very nice workout room. Great stay. 」

「The door was very hard to open, had to shove very hard to open. Ceiling had paint peeling and bubbling. The floor felt like it had a film on it. The TV was dark and did not adjust. Only plug for the coffee pot reach across the bath closet area, weird. Only stayed one night, did not feel safe, the grounds were filthy. They did give me a refund for the unused days but not the one night. : (」

「The Lodge is a great beachfront property at the Gulf Shores. There is beach access, the Gulf Shores downtown is just 5 mins away and there are great restaurants on site. The customer service at this hotel Is excellent. All our requests incl microwave and cleaning were met promptly. 」
