「Check in was easy, the lady was very sweet. Our room was clean, and spacious. It was quiet, and we felt safe. The AC was unplugged when we got there, so it was hot and took a little while to cool down, but once it did, we were good. Also, the vending machines are old and only take cash, so be prepared lol. Would definitely stay here again.」

「This is a great property. They have exhaust fans in the bathrooms, 24 hr airport shuttle and the little and big waffles! Four stars bc of the shower fixture - very little pressure. I think it was just one room tho- the sink pressure was fine.」

「My family and I stayed here on 2 non-consecutive nights in the same week. My daughter has surgery that we had to be in town for and then we had to go back for a check up. We stayed in the same type of room both nights, but different room numbers. I made reservations for both nights. The first night, they had overbooked on my room so we had to wait for one to be cleaned. Check in is at 4:00, our room was ready at 5:30. 「Loved the staff, stay, location, and many more however, there needs to be some home improvements. Hallway has the bottom footing peeled off, out of date bathtub/showers, and the door was a real pain in the butt to close in room 507. I must say that I would still choose this location or the Drury next door than any other hotel in the area.」

「Did not feel completely safe. No breakfast to speak of. Hard to understand front desk staff. Lobby door kept locked at all times.」

「Shower flooded during stay. Maintenance never came back to fix it. Couldn't get a shower before having to drive 8 hrs home. Was told credits could only be given through the 3rd party company that we booked through and not directly from the hotel. Disappointing because we always stay here. Staff is willing to help however it took an hour to get bath towels to the room.」
