"The beach was beautiful at this resort. It is definitely a budget resort but very nice for the price. I would recommend. Drinks and food were good. It was near impossible to get dinner reservations at the pizza restaurant. There was entertainment most nights. Many locals trying to rent jet skis on the beach."

"Good points: Great location with bars and restaurants along the road. Loved being able to get the free boat to the main restaurant in the morning, and the ride to the beach. Service was fab. View from the room was lovely, perfect to watch the comings and goings of the boats. A particular highlight of my stay was a fantastic massage - well worth the extra cost. Not so good points: As is the nature of the hotel, it's all a little dated, with features needing an update. Little things in the room...

"Close to the airport, hotel is clean, staff is friendly. It’s not an easy walk to get to a grocery store and other dining options. Stores and restaurants require a cab. Even thought it’s a 5-10 min drive, it can be $20-30 USD. Despite this, it’s worth a stay on a private beach."

Only small drawback was noticeable music from the nearby Sandals resort but at least it was finished by 9:30 pm (and this only occurred one or two evenings. We would definitely like to return again! "lovely beachfront suites that have everything you need. restaurants are all very good. they will adjust any dishes if you simply ask. wonderful pool area and bar service at pool. pristine beach, but not a swimmers beach. strong surf. . take a guided tour of island but don’t drive yourself. a big no. we got to see so much with a driver and able to relax and not deal with crazy roads. spa is quaint with lofted thatched roof treatment rooms. . all staff was extra helpful and friendly. ...

"The Verandah was such a beautiful property. The rooms were extremely spacious, the beaches and pools were gorgeous, quiet and clean and the food and drinks were great. If you stay here take the time to go on the Pink Panther tour (shoutout to Shelly she was excellent!!). The only reason I won’t give 5 stars is because the location markers are a little confusing so it was hard to find things, they did not assist us in booking reservations for restaurants at check-in, and a few of the staff...
