「Great place to stay , friendly staff and good service all around」

「A fantastic guesthouse. In a beautiful, quiet location. The room was really spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Rose the host was lovely and knew all the places to visit and organised taxi drivers etc. Nothing was too much trouble. I travelled on my own and it felt safe.」

「The resort was very clean, great nightly entertainment, beautiful beach and the trainers at the fitness center were on point. The food was good at scores, the buffet and steak house. Downside: the waitress Adriane at Grazies introduced herself as "I'm tired", and my friends and I waited almost 2 hours for our meal at the Carribean restaurant only to get cold food, per the waitress- the servers didnt want to serve our food. 「Basically the main problem is the staff who work there, there are few persons who are different, but the most of them are really kindless, overall the lady who was in my check-in, really angry, without given importance about my questions over resort facilities. The infraestructure of the resort look likes without proper management, but at least the beach was amazing and beautiful.」

「Extremely welcoming, caring staff. Very clean rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Off the beaten track making it very quiet with beautiful views and walks. Scrambled eggs to die for at breakfast ! Drink making facilities in the rooms would have been very appreciated.」

「Loved how friendly and helpful the entire staff at the resort were. Our room and property were very clean. Special kudos to our pool bartender Crisheida who was awesome. All the food, even the buffets were good, but they advertise 6 restaurants and most of our stay only two were open most nights for dinner. Also our beachfront room had beautiful views, but our beach ( the Atlantic side) was unusable because of all the seaweed. Only the Mamora Bay beach was usable, but very nice.」

「Our stay here was extremely disappointing! The one good thing about the resort was the views and the plunge pool. The rooms was not functional, there was no full length mirror, only 2 mirrors on the sink. This is definitely not an all inclusive resort. The fridge was completely empty and they didn't even give you complimentary bottled water. We had to PAY for bottled water. The restaurant timings and options were very limited, staff was not happy if you showed up close to closing and was not...

「Overall, my stay was quite good. The environment and location were great, and the host was very friendly. The only areas for improvement were: the seasonings were a bit limited – salt and pepper were almost gone; laundry detergent needed to be brought from home; and the shower water pressure was a little low. Aside from these, everything else was perfect, and I would gladly recommend this place.」
