「Clean room and courteous staff」

「Really surprised by the experience. Staff was unfriendly, service was terrible, food was awful even at the specialty restaurants. They seem to be severely understaffed. No resolution from Management when concerns were voiced. Several guest shared the same experience as I did.」

「There was a major seaweed issue, which I know is not the property’s fault, but we had to move rooms because it was so bad and the smell was so bad. The staff was great in upgrading us for free to better rooms, I just wish we would have known because then we would’ve changed properties. We also didn’t know that they were doing free shuttles to better beaches, or we would have joined in on that. Instead, the only thing we could do was hang out by the pool. 「Coco Rose Guest House was simply amazing. From check in to check out our stay was comfortable, we were met with friendly staff, the room was clean and them amenities were just enough to make our stay pleasant. The area was quiet and had access to many beaches and supermarkets to make everyday just splendid. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to antigua to stay there. As for me if antigua sees me in the future it will definitely be at Coco Rose Guest House and Reception Hall.」
