Pools and beach are nice diamond club pool bar Ritchie Ashley amazing room’s average washrooms not maintained no paper towel towels, three days automatic sprayers spray you when you don’t even move when sitting down some bar closes before closing time no announcement buffet average specialty restaurants poor some food should not even be served manager agreed most food servers very poor no thank you for a tip bars. Run out of cups. Try washing your feet when you come off the beach at the showers more sand of the showers that on the beach lol problems with laundry towels one day they ran out entertainment OK but outdoors seats are all wet The bar where they greet you to empty bottles of tequila on the shelf, empty bottle of crown royal no water in the fridge at the greeting centre bars run out of bottled water also for what you pay to go to this resort I recommend you save your money and go elsewhere

So many small things just kept adding up on top of a few big things such as power outages, inability to schedule restaurants on their app, sub par food at the buffet, sub par food at their restaurant, low quality alcohol drinks, upgraded room with pool view was an accessible room with a view of the walkway to the pool. The grounds were great though and the jerk chicken at the food truck was awesome.

Being a hospitality manager myself I look for great service. That room attendant was awesome, check in to make sure I had everything I needed in my room. Room service food was good. The buffet was ok but i noticed some of the staff leaving silverware on the table after a guest left their sit just because it was not use, all silverware most be removed even if they don’t use it. I did try your Mediterranean restaurant, which I was ever upset at the service. It wasn’t crowded so I expected great service, it took 15 minutes before I was greeted and ask if I wanted a drink, waitress took my order, appetite that came out and after that I was waiting another 25 minutes just for main course waitress never came back to the table with course the host saw I was sitting there and went to check on my food and brought it to me and it wasn’t even hot . Waitress didn’t even come back to check on me to make sure things were good or refill my drink. Staff needed more training. Thank you

The check in procedure for us was not very good. The staff was rude and not helpful. Another staff member not associated with check in saw that we were irritated and offered help. We just got our bags and started to our room and the staff member helped us with our bags. Got to room and keys would not work. Room was not stocked but clean. Resort was beautiful, food was good . Many of the wait staff were just not pleasant at all. One server on the beach named Diane was outstanding, always smiling and helpful. The price we paid for butler service was really not worth it.

The resort was immaculate. Staff was welcoming and wonderful. Great location tucked away in the corner of Dickenson Bay.

Good quality is terrible. Diamond lounge and diamond members breakfast is so bad… low quality , servers seems like they don’t want to be there. Burgers don’t follow through with requests, run out of towels before 9am, not enough chairs. We won’t rerun

The staff were very professional, helpful and polite. The room was clean and the property well maintained. There is room for continued improvement that would easily make this a 5 star response. Room cleaning service and food.Did not show up even after repeated requests. Food cold in the Steakhouse. The Pescino food and environment were excellent! The Spa was excellent. Michelle was top notch!

Availability of cold water. Some bars didn’t have any. Had trouble getting clean towels at 4 pm. Apparently not back from the laundry. Specialty restaurants were mediocre. Could have table clothes, salad forks, better portions and steakhouse tables too high to be comfortable. Staff not always knowledgeable. Slow service at bars
