I had a late check in and the lady was very pleasant and accommodating towards me. The place was very clean. The TV signal was great and the A.C worked well and there are local shops. I would have liked to see a bigger bottle of water in the fridge than what was provided (it was a small bottle) and perhaps a small snack. But other than that, I was happy with my choice.

It was close enough to restaurants and the room was quiet. The only problems I had was with getting onto the Wi-Fi as the incorrect password was provided and I prefer to sleep in rooms with TVs. The environment was well kept and the little interaction I had with staff was acceptable.

It is good value, perfect for self catering for a short or long stay. Supermarkets and other shops are within walking distance. It feels safe and the staff are friendly and helpful. My one suggestion would be to put thicker curtains in the bedroom to help keep out the bright exterior lights at night.

Fair estimate that about half the ants in Antigua reside at this hotel. If you love ants, you'll love this hotel. And as a souvenir just think you'll be bringing back tons of ants for you to enjoy whether back home or wherever you go from here. Thank you Connie.

I'd booked a room but was given a kitchenette inside the property that was very dark and dingy. Office only open if you rang bell and not fully staffed. Turns out that Connie's Comfort Suite is more an apartment building than a hotel. The women were helpful in answering questions and kitchenette was clean; however only one cup for two coffees?!

I got in late so the office staff was already gone but the check in process was just as smooth as if a staff member was on site.. I really liked that.. The room was very nice. Got my money's worth.

The check in was eazy. When I walked into the room the first thing i noticed was all the windows were opened. The shower was wet as if someone had just used it and hair was on the floor .
