Room was clean and in a nice location on the resort. Resort is small with 1 bar and 1 restaurant. The outside of the buildings could use a good painting. All the staff was very friendly except for one waitress we have decided must have hated us for some reason and the lady that was supposed to do drink service around the pool never asked us if we would like a drink nor anyone else. We went back and forth to get our own. Food was good and I liked the table service over a buffet 100%. All in all for a quick stay I would return.

The room was not clean. The food was horrible. You could not swim in the ocean due to seaweed problems. No entertainment at all. Very bad experience overall.

Hotel was awesome!! Clean rooms. The bartenders awesome as well!! Q and andre the dynamic duo!! Restaurant was ok , could be better. The lobster was great though!!! Would go back.

The pool and ocean view were the highlights of the property. The food was average at best. The location was somewhat isolated, you had to take a cab to go off site to eat other that Mama Mia's which was next door and decent. The front desk and cleaning staff were outstanding. The restaurant and bar staff were not as friendly. We did not do the all-inclusive but did eat at the restaurant a couple times and went to the pool bar a couple times. Each time at the bar the bartender tried to add things to the bill that we did not order, so beware and review your bill carefully. In addition the second time we ate lunch the waiter brought a bill that wasn't ours for us to pay. Once again, pay attention to your bills. Overall, the location was beautiful and the facilities, pool chairs, etc were nice. Food not great and location a little isolated if you are planning to do things off site, like eating out and shopping, etc. but overall we had a nice stay.

The room was very dated and the finishes were lacking. You could tell that the room had been repainted in recent years but the coat of paint didn’t do much to enhance the overall appearance. The beach view however was magnificent

Beware of this hotel. Front desk staff and manager tried to tell us we did not book an all inclusive option. The staff also tried to tell us the AI option listed on our receipt was for the hotel amenities, but NOT for food, beverages, and snacks, even though we paid an up charge during booking. I have never heard of such a thing! AI to use the pool and beach? After 2 hours on chats/phone calls to confirm our AI with Expedia, the hotel still did not care to fix the issue. Manager sat behind closed doors as my bf and I wasted our vacation time patiently trying to confirm emails got to them and were stated correctly. I really think they were just trying to make things difficult for us, as we later found out that this same thing was happening to other guests at check in too. This was a huge turnoff and we will never revisit this place.

Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean and was very spacious and comfortable. The staff are an awesome team who made us feel at home and who went above and beyond to take care of us. The meals at the restaurant were always very tasty and never disappointed.

We've just arrived home after a 10 night stay at the Ocean Spa resort Hotel. The resort is beautiful. It has a lovely feel from the moment you arrive. Its a small hotel but perfect. It has 2 lovely, very clean beaches and a fabulous big pool. Loads of lovely comfy sun beds everywhere and plenty of very comfortable shadey places to sit. The rooms are big, a bit basic but had everything we needed. They're cleaned to a very high standard everyday & were spotless. I liked that they have a water station, so not using loads of plastic water bottles. The one restaurant is under cover but is very open and airy, overlooking the sea...its wooden which has a lovely feel about it. All the staff are friendly. The food is a little bit samey but everything is cooked freshly & to a good standard. Its not a buffet which is nice to be served. A bit more effort/imagination is needed with the puddings... The hotel is a bit isolated. We didn’t find anywhere else close by to walk to. We'd booked on a room only basis & planned to eat out but because there wasn't anywhere nearby we upgraded to all inclusive which is much better value! While away, I had a painful back problem. I had 2 massages with Hazel, shes fantastic! Very, very good & made me feel much better. All in all, we've had a fabulous, tranquil, restful holiday. Which is exactly what we wanted.

The rooms were clean, and they changed the sheets and towels every day. The staff were friendly. The supposed all-inclusive packages are very poor.

The wifi was not working in the room. The room had the bare minimum. If you needed anything else that is usually available in other hotel rooms, you'd have to go to reception. Want to iron your clothes? Reception. Want to call a restauranr for a reservation? Reception. The hotel itself is outdated. Mould on the bathroom faucets.
