「Service needs attention. We had multiple issues during our stay in terms of service. Hotel is understaffed. There is no urgency in addressing requests. We have stayed is 5 star hotels around the world and this hotel is severely lacking in service. The price we paid does not match the experience we had. The beach is beautiful and we loved our beach attendant Daniel who went above and beyond. Chef at wild tamarind is great and food was flavorful. They ran out of towels on the beach, no trash can...

「This hotel was amazing. Nestled on a hill between two beaches, the setting and views are stunning. We decided to spend all of our time here as we needed to recharge and it was pure paradise. We spend the early day at Jolly Harbour beach and watched the sunset every day at Valley Church beach. The food was amazing. The staff were lovely. They were quick to respond with anything we needed. George was super friendly and helped us on several occasions. Highly recommend this little Paradise. 」

「The spa and beach were awesome. We were in a standard room which was ok, Mountain View. Could use an update. Almost all staff members were very friendly and courteous and tried very hard to be at our service round the clock. The water sports team was great and the evening shows were entertaining. This was our second trip here so we really liked the property which had the best beach in the Caribbean. The food was ok, plentiful but somewhat repetitive and could use some healthy options and updates...

「Fabulous chilled complex right on the beach - laid back and lovely setting - large studio unit was perfect for us and the large balcony with the garden and sea view was also really special. Great location for local walks to Runaway beach Calving Heli tours and to St Johns brilliant restaurants close too so all round quite magical really! Staff were superb too - helpful friendly and rally supportive to our needs.」

「阳台下面就是酒吧，露天的棚子里面dj打碟，嘣嘣嘣各种音乐到凌晨一点半多。房间还是不错的，大，阳台能看见海，但是。真心太吵了，早上4点出门赶飞机，音乐停了也该起床了，完全没睡着。」

「Pools and beach are nice diamond club pool bar Ritchie Ashley amazing room’s average washrooms not maintained no paper towel towels, three days automatic sprayers spray you when you don’t even move when sitting down some bar closes before closing time no announcement buffet average specialty restaurants poor some food should not even be served manager agreed most food servers very poor no thank you for a tip bars. Run out of cups. Try washing your feet when you come off the beach at the showers...

「The property is in a lovely location, very quiet a a peaceful - you really need a car as nowhere nearby to get supplies, it’s basic, but immaculate and with everything you need. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them. (I hope you are feeling better, and hopefully we may get to come again and meet you). Deep bay is a 20 min walk and is just gorgeous. 」
