「The property was eady to find, provided a great get away, totally private and relaxing, yet only 15 minutes to downtown High Springs. It was pet friendly which meant a lot to us. Highly recommend for a getaway and to unwind.」

「Amazing breakfast and omlet station. However, I would not stay here if you are visiting University of florida. I booked this place because it was in Gainesville and yet it took 22 minutes to get to the dorm」

「We were given a room that was already occupied. The subsequent room was odorous, old worn, drains of the sink and tub were uncovered, the toilet was tall enough for a 5 year old to sit on, and the breakfast was a cellophane wrapped disaster. The price was comparable to the La Quinta next door but the value was less than a Hotel 6.」
