「Not enough car park. No water and slipper provide in room」

「Looks lovely but tragically run down. Broken socket in room Broken cafetiere taken down to reception for replacement and offered one that was dirty. Pool was nice but the sauna had replacement slats in I don't think that they are the type of wood for saunas and the screw head were left proud so got extremely hot to touch. The reception desk needs a tidy a lot of clutter behind it. Didn't try the food or drinks.」

「Our stay was spoiled by the red light on the room smoke alarm flashing all night!! Having just had an operation, this was extremely annoying and I barely slept. Hotel seemed aware of the issue and still allocated a 7th floor room. No recompense offerred!!」

「Zimmer MacThomas war direkt unterm Dach, viele Schrägen. Prima Bett. Leider absolut schreckliches Bad. Kein Spiegel, nur ein Kosmetikspiegel überm irre winzigen Waschbecken. Alte Badewanne, braunes Wasser, grauenhaft. Das leckere Frühstück hat alles rausgerissen. Lage ist top!」

「Nice hotel」

「Very nice hotel, the staff are very nice and helpful, guests parked the car have discount? Uk$5 for 24 hours」

「I've stayed there on a few trips to Aberdeen before and I like the hotel so much that it's always my first choice now.」

「The location of the hotel is so convenient, the city centre is only 5 mins away. Overnight parking at NCP is quite reasonable only £12 with discount code. I highly recommend this hotel in Aberdeen.」

「Location, room and facilities all excellent. Would highly recommend.」
