Loved the large room I had and the king bed was so comfortable I slept well. There is an elevator but also stairs so lugging baggage is challenging. The breakfast buffet was fabulous!

Our stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. Check‑in was uninformative, and we were handed a piece of paper that turned out to contain outdated instructions about car registration. After rushing back downstairs, we were told it didn’t apply — so it really shouldn’t be given to guests at all. The restaurant experience wasn’t any better. Service was poor, the staff complained about making cocktails, and they were spilled twice. The food was average, the wine list wasn’t available, and they had even run out of beer. The pool area was under maintenance and clearly in need of repair, which wasn’t communicated beforehand. When we lost our room key in the lockers, the response from the front desk was rude and dismissive, with the staff member more focused on her phone than helping. Overall, the hotel itself was average, but the staff and service were well below expectations. We would not return.

The room was clean as although dated. We intended to have evening meal but when we sat in the bar/restaurant area for 10 minutes, we observed utter chaos with no leadership of staff. The Bar person was uninterested with no urgency. The bar was full of unwashed empty glasses. No way to run a bar. We left and ate elsewhere. We would not recommend this hotel.

Room was perfect so was the staff so kind and understanding, lots of space for our pram and baby stufff, and had great service, will definitely stay again with my little one and husband. Only small hiccups with the hotel no sanitary or ladys products in the bathrooms but other than that would recommend for family or even couples

Friendly and helpful staff, nice clean room. Wife said spa was very tidy and well organised. Buffet breakfast was very good, the bacon was very tasty and not the tasteless buffet offering usually found. Good choice of foods. Overall, a very pleasant visit.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a self-serve kiosk. After registering, a member of staff informed us of the check-in times. We left our bags with him and headed out. Upon returning, we wanted to grab a drink and some nibbles. We headed to the bar area and sat down to look at the online menu. After 20 minutes, I decided to ask the staff if we could order. He said he would be over soon, but he didn’t know about food, which was strange considering it was 2:30 pm. After another 20 minutes, he arrived and took our order. However, after a while, it arrived without one item – my son’s ice cream. He replied that it would be out shortly, but we could see it in the pass window. After 5-7 minutes, the chefs prompted him to finish the order, and it finally arrived. Overall, the service was abysmal. After that, we headed to our booked 4 pm slot for swimming. To our surprise, the changing rooms were surprisingly cramped. There was only one cubicle and a small locker area for the capacity of the hotel. We had expected at least a few cubicles. The pool and amenities were refreshing, but the Jacuzzi was lukewarm to our surprise. After our swim, we got our keys and headed to the third floor. However, we had to go down a flight of stairs to get to our room. It was strangely built, with a nice view but a poorly maintained bathroom. It was rusty and had barely any hot water for showers. Upon check-out, we paid and left. We will not be returning or recommending this hotel.
