The room was very clean. The bed comfy, but would have liked an extra pillow each. The man on the desk very kindly got the channels we wanted on the television. All staff we saw were very helpful and friendly. Easy walking distance to many shops

This was the worse hotel. It took them 6 days before I went to the front desk and have my room cleaned. I went to the front desk to try to get my room changed because the pictures that they show online is not what I got. It was the most disgusting horrible room. They would not change me to another room. They said maybe in a couple of days couple of days went by. I went back down to the front desk and nothing.

Unfortunately we had a present waiting for us in the toilet bowl that made us wonder what else hadn’t been cleaned! The online check in is a bit of a faff and we thought there would be no staff around but there were, and they were friendly. The hotel is a bit past it’s best but wasn’t expensive and we were only for 1 night.

If you are ok staying in a hostel from the'80s then this is the place for you... the bedding and the 1 towel was clean, but older fixtures showed decades of dirt that hadn't been wiped off... definitely didn't see pictures of this place before booking

Cheap accommodation and it shows. There's no bargain in the low price - you get what you (don't) pay for. A miserable bed, dirty room, and close to in-room 'bathroom'. Hardy any staff and no common spaces or bar/vending machine or anything. Best part is the location near trains and busses so you can leave.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

We arrived and checked in at 2pm, we went to our room and it was discussing. There was blood on the toliet and bunch of hair. The beds were slightly dirty. The room smelled liked mold. We went to the front desk and I was less than happy with the front desk. We checked out and left to another hotel. I would not stay at this hotel. I am currently trying to get a refund through expedia.
