"We weren't advised there was a pool, so we didn't get to use it. Staff were all lovely, especially receptionist who booked us in. But the second lift being out of order meant we had to wait for the lift when checking out. There was a chair in our room [118] that needed joints gluing and could have collapsed, and somewhere in the bathroom is leaking damp, resulting in a few harmless fruit flies and damagedbath panel and skirting. "Clean and functional but the rooms are quite small with limited space to get in and out (I had a tuba with me). I was surprised ti be charged £5 overnight car parking as id filtered on free parking in the search. "
