「The staff were very nice and friendly. But the floor in the room was not vacuumed so I was walking om beach sand. I was not told that the maid service had to be requested so I had to call for the floor be cleaned and for fresh towels. My suggestion is that the desk staff informed your guest that they need to ask for the maid service.」

「Definitely a hole in the wall type hotel. The staff were friendly and kind but the room itself needed some upgrades. The pictures on the website did not accurately represent the actual hotel room. The room was outdated and poorly maintained. The bedside tables were dirty and covered in dust, there was a strange odor coming from the bathroom, and the carpet was old, worn down, and in need of replacement. Overall, the room looked like it had not been properly cleaned before our stay.」
