「We had a great couple of days here. The community is well located to get to and from the beaches (Fenwick and Bethany) and yet away from the crowds and in a really scenic part of Selbyville. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool (there are 2). The place itself felt like home from the start, owner is really responsive and friendly, and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again. Felt like home away from home. 」

「it’s ocean front so the view, and the breeze is excellent, on the boardwalk so everything is nearby, it’s a studio condo, okay for two or even three, clean, well furnished though you have to bring your own bedsheet (queen size), pillow cases, we found blankets in the cupboard and washed them and used them, up to you to bring your own blankie, we did not, kitchen is well stocked up with plates, bowls, silverware, knives, two small pots and a large pan, a large fridge, a functional microwave,...

「The place did not appear in pictures. I could not take a shower because stuff was stored in there . The toilet was not clean . It was just a lot of junk everywhere 」
