"Bathroom was disgusting. Air conditioning was broken. Fridge didn’t work. Front desk attendant acted like she could have cared less. No communication from hotel about room concerns. Very disappointing experience. The only good thing about this place is it’s oceanfront."

"Resort is nice in lobby, great coffee place onsite. but the pool was so crowded kids everywhere splashing and with floating rings . If you are looking for a quiet relaxing time at pool this is not the place. It was very noisy on the hallways by my room at 12at night. Young teens playing outside hallways. ..."

"The room had issues in the toilet and also the ceiling broke and ended up ruining a pair of shoes from a leakage. The description of the pictures was not accurate to the room. I was supposed to have a suite and had one regular room with balcony."
