"The room was nice and clean. All the staff I encountered were really helpful. I would give a higher rating but the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. Also, there was swim lessons going on while we were using the pool, which was ok but it meant that we couldn’t use part of the pool. "

"Christine at the desk was fabulous. Gave us a lot of info about the area, and an excellent restaurant. The room was great. Only thing I would add is soap at the sink for washing hands. Excellent breakfast. Checkout was a breeze. Would stay again if in the area."

"Check in was good. General manager told us breakfast would be on the 4th floor between 8-10am. Went up to get it on Wednesday morning, doors locked. Went downstairs and the general manager said here’s a few muffins. No juice or any other choices. I said you told me there was breakfast on the 4th floor, which is advertised on their website and on hotels.com She said not today, just Tuesday and Thursday. Went up this morning, hoping for a hot breakfast and fruit which is pictured on their website. There were small bagels, muffins and cereal. Nothing hot. No fruit. It is in walkable distance to the shops and beach, so the location is good. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. "
