「The room is very clean」

「Nice」

「One of the rooms was not cleaned on the day we checked in. One of the beds was not made when cleaning after check in.」

「In general, I liked the hotel because the location and view were so nice that I could overlook most of the other small things. The room was pretty clean, but the ceiling A/C area was very dusty. There was a lot of dust around the vent, and the filter inside looked very dirty too. It seemed like that whole area had not been cleaned or the filter changed for quite a while, and that really bothered me. Also, it was hard to find staff when I had a question. I wanted to ask if they sold sandals...

「员工好，早餐好」

「This hotel is good and clean.」

「The front desk personnel was not trained enough to support issuing the correct invoice.」

「由於旅程安排必須分段入住，每一位員工都很熱情協助處理我們的疑難雜症，非常感謝！」

「It was a very pleasant trip. My child really liked this hotel. The staff were very enthusiastic. It was very close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel's swimming pool was also very clean. In short, our whole family recommended it」
