"Staff: Sharma, Madison, and Yani are so sweet and welcoming. VERY clean, great modern new flooring - no carpet to stain or smell humid. Modern bathrooms, LED TV, and lighting updated touches. WONDERFUL BEDS!! We slept like babies. QUIET hotel only a few blocks from Moonlight Beach. We had plans, so did not get to see the breakfast offerings, nor swim in the pool. Also, excellent variety of restaurants on Coast Hwy only 1-3 min driving. We love staying here. It's a RELIEF over larger, noisy chain hotels!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Omni. We are a family with two children 13 and 11 years old. We very much enjoyed the room that we got with a king-size bed and a pullout which worked well for our two children. The staff was incredibly kind everywhere we went. The dining options were plentiful and the ride to nearby village and beaches was convenient. The resort is large and does require a little bit of walking to, and from the centralized dining areas and various pools throughout the property. The family pools (complex of three) is filled with toddlers and their parents. The noise level is very high and unless you have a toddler in to not at all pleasant to swim in. Three other pools that are for general use are much nicer and quieter - those several families with small children and their large Floaties - who want to avoid the loud family pool dominate these areas as well. Again, nothing in comparison to the family pool but not as quiet as a family with teenagers would like. Finally there is a 21+ pool, which we did not see as our kids are still that age where we want to be nearby when they are swimming. The food is fairly priced and there are lots of options. The marketplace allows you to choose things like pastries, espresso drinks, bagels, sandwiches etc. The bar is nice and we enjoyed watching the World Cup. The carts that transport guests throughout the resort sometimes require a wait - best to call ahead. But it all works. We loved our stay!"

"everything was good, I had a pool side room and it was super clean great shower, all the conveniences of home with fridge, stove, silver pots and pans etc. the coffee room was a big plus, (it's a self serve starbucks), wish i knew about that sooner. Only thing that i didnt like was the bed. it needed to be turned or flipped."
