"Great Beach View from our room and balcony. Clean. Continental breakfast was the standard. Internet and cell reception was not good. that would be the one thing they could definitely improve. Otherwise we had a nice stay there. "

"Nancy was nice. The other guy in front office (Jay-C, not sure of the spelling) he really needs to work on his attitude and customer service attributes... We stayed there 2 times before but... this time was just terrible. Initial room was beyond terrible. 2nd room, better but next day after check-in noticed a couple of dirty towels, the TV remote was falling apart and you can't turn on/off the TVs unless you go to the TV and press the button (we're in 2026, not 1980s! Don't be that cheap!) Also, the only sink in the room wouldn't drain and the microwave, on the inside, was rusted and warped/damaged. I went to the front desk to let them know, very politely, and JayC started raising his voice and arguing with me saying that I'm looking for "problems" and "what do I want him to do?". Just an absolute ridiculously trashy attitude. I told him we'll go somewhere else and I want the rest of our stay refunded. As we were inconvenienced with this during our vacation, packing our belongings, Nancy came and offered to move us from room 20 to room 17, which was nicer, the sink wasn't clogged (as JayC lied to my face saying that all sinks in that building drain extremely slow- again. BLATANT LIE!) and the microwave was acceptable. He also said that room wouldn't be available when it was obviously! Anyways, they charge you $100 as a security deposit which you'll get back at checkout. Bring cash because if you put it on a card you'll get back ninety something dollars, another scammy tactic"

"Room overall was very nice. Window "Shades" were broken, but we made them work. (Did not inform staff). Room we stayed in had a lot of outside noise from the coast highway. Friday night there was lots music from across the street and people arguing outside that made it difficult to get a good rest. Saturday night was much better."

"This was a Motel 6 so it’s just a basic room, nothing fancy and no extras but it had been redone recently so it felt new and clean"

"Our stay was great! The kids loved the pool area and the room was clean upon check in. There were some renovations being done in the office area so the new office area was still accommodating. The only downside was that the laundry room was not in working order. The washers worked fine but the dryers did not have any heat in them so our clothes had to be taken off site near the airport for drying, after multiple times of trying to dry our loads. I didn't know the hotel went through a third party so by the time i had to go to the airport, i was told by staff that someone could've came to fix it."
