"We end up not staying in the hotel. They kept our money for one night. It smelled like Roche spray and they were roach. Poops all over the molding of the Room and the beds were wrapped and double Linning plastic Very unwelcoming to sleep in so we walked away, do not recommended, and it’s ugly and depressing. It’s not a hotel. It’s a motel more like a prostitution motel. "

"Great courtyard area with pool and adult spa. Direct access to the beach and great dining choices in walking distance. "

"Our stay was great! The kids loved the pool area and the room was clean upon check in. There were some renovations being done in the office area so the new office area was still accommodating. The only downside was that the laundry room was not in working order. The washers worked fine but the dryers did not have any heat in them so our clothes had to be taken off site near the airport for drying, after multiple times of trying to dry our loads. I didn't know the hotel went through a third party so by the time i had to go to the airport, i was told by staff that someone could've came to fix it."
