"Great room"

"Booked this for a work trip, the staff and room were exactly what I've grown to expect from a Hilton run hotel. Room was clean and when I had an issue with my room being 80 degrees in the middle of the night the staff quickly moved me to a new room. If you stay enough you'll eventually have an issue with a room it's inevitable, but the staff handled it perfectly. "

"The room was clean, but the sink didn't drain. Bed was not comfortable, you could feel the springs. An hour prior to checkout a staff member opened the door, did not knock, and said hello and the left. I went to look who came by and I could see the lady walking down the hall. I wasn't about to shout down the hall to see what she needed. They also tack on an automatic charge of $16 per day at checkout. I've stayed here before and after the renovations. The cleanliness has not changed, but the character is gone. Honestly, it just felt like a standard chain hotel. I like to stay there because of the security, but after a staff member opened my door without knocking, I'll try a different hotel next time. I did notify them at checkout and about the sink, the response was dismissive."

"Yes and yes. The lobby seemed abandoned. No music no TV on It was extremely quiet almost desolate. Cleaning the room occurred every three days which I did not appreciate. The eggs for the breakfast were terrible. The pillows were not very comfortable. "

"Complete failure by the front desk staff. Booked a room at 9:00 pm for late arrival. Arrived at the hotel and they were overbooked and there was no room available after I paid (non-refundable) through Expedia. Staff said there was nothing she could do. Absolutely refused to do anything for us. I called Expedia, who needed to confirm with the hotel before trying to cancel and book another room - front desk refused to answer the phone to speak with them for over an hour. At the same time, police were in and out arresting 2 people due to guns being displayed in their room. It was a crazy awful experience."

"Elevator and Halls smelled of Marijuana and cigarette smoke. People hanging out in staircase landings, and outside door latches were tapped open, so anyone can wander in at any time. I talked to person on duty, that stated they know these things, but cannot do anything about it. I made sure our room door was locked, security bolted, and jammed a chair under the handle for good measure. In the morning, I talked to the daytime supervisor, whom said that she wasn't aware on these issues. Then, I suggested a group that may possibly be responsible for the issues, and the supervisor said, " No, it's not them." Telling me that she had this issue previously, and knows who it is. But, she was unaware?!?!? "

"Hotel was tired and the 11th floor smelled like marihuana…. staff was VERY nice .. Banquet room was great and banquet staff was SUPER NICE!!! "

"Room was very clean, robe holder on the wall was broken but it wasn't a issue. Staff was very friendly and the pool and hot rub were nice and clean."
