"Staff was very rude during check-in and rushed through the entire process refusing to elaborate on answering our questions. Upon entering the room, the non-smoking room smelled smokes and very humid. The floor was not maintained well with old carpets. After a few minutes, we realized the air conditioning was not working. When we asked to move to a different room, the staff said the air-conditioning issue affected the entire hotel building and only offered to send a fan to our room. We sweated...

"Such a lovely hotel. Very big spacious rooms with a large chaise by the big windows overlooking the park. Hotel offers steam room, sauna, pool and a make up room for pampering. There’s a nice waterfall feature at the front with a pond. It also offers a huge whiskey store and a Starbucks. The hotel is very close to the Zhongli street market and lots of restaurants. Temples are in walking distance. I highly recommend staying at this hotel as the service was amazing! The staff were quick to...
