「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!」

「非常適合參加各種一日遊行程的人，起點都在住宿附近的coach station,回程都在飯店附近下車，超級方便！福建坐公車也很方便，飯店人員也都很願意幫忙！記得入口是階梯，但有個按鈕可以請求飯店人員幫忙，或是走上去請飯店人員協助就好！」

「They say you get what you pay for and I truly danced to the tune of the sayings. The staff were very welcoming and professional and the facilities were topped notch although we spent less time in the facility. If there is any one thing I can change then I will recommend renovation of the bathroom floor. The floor does not befits a modern day hotel.」
