「Excellent 」

「Good size room, very comfy bed. Staff friendly but somewhat convoluted online check in. Water pressure was low but sufficient. Sadly no breakfast on offer currently as place is being refurbished. But in spite of the issues, I will be back when I'm in the area and see what it's like after the refurb is complete.」

「Wifi不太好 及要走樓梯 但位置方便」

「Sound-proofing not good. I could still hear conversations in the early hours of the morning. When I awoke the next day at 06.45, the talking was still audible. I stayed at this hotel to be close to my work in Chelmsford. The breakfast was good but a 07.00 start would be better, especially for the next few years while the new Gallows Corner is being built.」

「Lack of basic stuff 」

「The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room 」

「I only went to the place to distress and I think I achieved my aim. I had a good night's sleep.」

「Our experience with this property was unacceptable from the start. When we arrived, the host had lost our reservation—we had to call them just to gain access. Once inside, we found the house in a filthy and unsafe state. A full bag of garbage sat on the kitchen floor, a dirty mattress leaned against the house, and a bottle full of cigarette butts was outside. The cleaner admitted, “Oh, I forgot to clean,” swapped out some sheets, and left. But the space remained unsanitary—greasy dishes, dusty...
