The hotel was fantastic, breakfast was amazing and it was in a quieter part of town close to public transit.

Great hotel, location, staff, breakfast and the room. Huge room. Very clean. Modern. Best breakfast buffet I had in a long time...

Quite pleased with our stay here. Room was clean and well appointed with a really eclectic and luxurious look. Beds were a bit stiff for us and we had to ask for more pillows which they happily provided. Breakfast was wonderful. Didn’t get to try the other two restaurants/bars. Would def stay again. It’s near westbanhoff which made it very convenient

On top of the very convenient location, the breakfast is of the first class! Also, the staff members are very friendly and helpful about any questions, with perfect English.

Was concerned it was far from the tourist attractions. Then, I learned you can take the metro (right outside the hotel) to them AND the train station. Hotel itself is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly

Brand New Hotel, New Neighbirhood, Nice, Quiet, Safe Location, Tram Stop in front of Hotel, Subway within Walking Distance. Highly Recommended!

This hotel is just perfect! Very polite and nice people at reception, amazing ambience and at perfect location. You also have parkings for your cars across the street for 24euros/per day!

Very pleased with the selection. Rooms are beautifully decorated with the feel of old Vienna.

Great little hotel. Room was plenty big for our family of four. The train station was only about a 5 minute walk and the tram to take you into the city was just right across the hotel. Loved the check in process as well, everything done over the tablet in the lobby and fortunately our room was ready way before we expected which was helpful after a long travel day. Would stay here again.

Wonderful staff and breakfast. Room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities! Easy to get there with the metro...you literally come up out of the subway and arrive at the hotel. Very cool views of St Stephens church and the delightful Christmas market!

Fantastic service and attentiveness and excekkent breajfast with a wide variety of coffees and pastries, eggs and sausages. We booked a superior room and it was well worth the extra expense. Taxis are no more than 5 or 10 Euros to any attraction. Lebanese, Italian, German & Thai within 2 blocks walking distance.

If you want to experience the grandeur of old Austria in an authentic setting, this is the place to stay in Vienna. The entire staff is first class, attentive to every need of their guests. This 400 year old hotel shows much of the history of Vienna & Austria in a museum type setting.Priceless! The rooms have been tastefully updated and offer all the modern conveniences. The location is great to visit many of the historical sites either with a short walk or tram ride.Overall, this is an exceptional...

This hotel gets it right! The staff is super friendly and made me feel like a VIP! Everything is thoughtfully laid out and perfect for a long-term stay. It is right across the street from the subway and only 15 minutes away from city center. There is a shopping mall right across the street with a grocery store in the same building. Highly recommended!

Safe, quiet location about a mile from everything in the historic / tourist districts you want to see. You can take a longer (30 minutes to 1 hour) walk OR underground OR tram rides that are 5 minute walk away 15 minute rides. The bus tram underground ticket cost me $8 for a 24 hour unlimited pass. The staff was wonderful, they would print things for your upon email request and answer any questions with enthusiasm and a polite demeanor. The showers are lovely and the building (despite NOT...

When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

Enjoyed the funky bunkbed family room, daily housekeeping like a hotel yet vast majority of housing here is for long-term students. Despite this, room and hallway in the hotel section was quiet. Laundry available but process is odd; ask at front desk. Check-in is touch screen automated but data entry a bit tedious. Good restaurant and cafe features. Short walk to major train/subway hub and Prater park. Fun place.
